Core Mechanics

Skulls are gameplay modifiers that can be activated individually or stacked. The classic Iron + Famine + Thunderstorm + Mythic combo is the most challenging stack, creating a permadeath Legendary run with half ammo and max-rank enemies. The Fog Skull removes the HUD entirely, including the shield indicator.
